SHIPPING

For orders placed by 4pm QLD time, most in-stock items ship within 24 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 5 business days to process. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. Expedited orders cannot be delivered on weekends or holidays.


FREE STANDARD DELIVERY FOR ORDERS OVER $150 


Free Standard Delivery for all orders over $150 - sent via Australia Post or a courier service, fully tracked.

  • $10 Standard Delivery for all orders under $150 - sent via Australia Post or a courier service
  • Orders placed on public holidays may experience delays in dispatch
  • Once your parcel has been scanned once collected by our shipping partners, you will receive an email with a tracking number
  • Most standard parcels arrive within 4 business days. Less if you live close to our Red Hill Warehouse or longer if you live in a regional area
  • Once a parcel leaves our Shop, we are no longer liable for that parcel being lost or damaged in transit
  • Suggested shipping times act only as a guide and can vary depending on locations and circumstances

RETURNS

Our hope is that you fall madly in love with your Bridal Shoppe purchase. If you aren’t, we are more than happy to accept your return or exchange; please keep in mind that merchandise must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks. 

  • You may make a return for any reason within 30 days of purchase for a full refund to your original method of payment.
  • Returns may take approximately 2-3 weeks to process.
  • Returned items must be in its original condition/packaging, unworn and unwashed with tags intact.
  • We DO NOT accept returns on EARRINGS and SALE items.
  • Returned items that meet the return conditions will be eligible for either an ONLINE CREDIT or REFUND only. We are unable to exchange.
  • Refunds are issued using the original method of payment only. Any discount issued at the time of purchase will be reflected in the refund. Shipping costs are not refunded.
  • As a growing small business, we are unable to cover the cost of return postage for incorrect size or change of mind. We do cover the cost of return postage if a faulty or incorrect item has been sent to you. To arrange a pre paid return label simply email our customer care team with your order number a photo of the faulty or incorrect item.
  • Merchandise must have all tags attached, in original packaging and returned within 30 days of ordering for a full refund to your original method of payment.


BACKORDERS & CANCELLATIONS

If you place an order for an item that is not available for immediate delivery, it will be backordered. You will be informed if an item is backordered within ten days of placing your order. You will also be given an approximate shipment date.

In the event that a backordered item is part of your order, we may ship your order in multiple packages. If you would like to cancel a backordered item, please contact us directly.
